REFUND POLICY

Here at Kd's Locker we offer a 14 days grace period from the day you receive your order in which you can start a return for your order. Returns can be made under any grounds providing they are within the timeframe mentioned above.

Once you have been notified that we have processed a refund , please allow 3-5 working days to receive your money back.

ELIGIBILITY 

In order to receive a refund for a returned order , all items must be in the original condition they were sent out in. 

Your return request MUST be filed within 14 days of receival to comply with our 14-day return policy.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin your return , please contact our support team via our email : kdslockerhelp@gmail.com , with the subject as follows " RETURN APPLICATION *INSERT ORDER NUMBER".

From there a member of our support team will guide you through the returns & refund process (providing your circumstances are eligible for a return / refund).

ASSOCIATED COSTS

When returning your order you will be required to cover the shipping costs of the item back to us (only items returned due to faults from the team here at Kd's Locker will be exempt from this).
